A story of a girl... I'd say I am a pretty laid back, fun, talkative, girl next door, if the girl next door has personality to spare. I'm big on exploring all NYC has to offer whether it's events, parks, restaurants, etc. We live in one of the most amazing cities in the world, why not take advantage of it? I love music, books, movies, art, dance, photography and pop culture. Most importantly I love to laugh more than just about anything on earth and will go out of my way to put a smile on the face of someone I care about. I'm equally happy cuddling under blankets on a rainy sunday and bouncing around a dance floor after a few drinks on a Tuesday night. I'm overtly friendly and like to meet people wherever I go, no seriously, the street, a stoop, a concert. However said people tend to be not single guys I'm interested in. Physically I'm 5'5, short dark hair, a pair of eyes that give away my secrets, sprinkling of freckles, not thin, not obese, exes have called me curvy but I hate that description. Are you the boy she is looking for? .... Nothing will take you further in my eyes then a desire to learn and a love to laugh. Second to that is thoughtfulness, I'm a big believer in the power of the small thoughtful gesture and a lot of guys struggle with that, I assure you it's not hard nor expensive, in fact quite often it's free. I'm generally into guys that have their heads in academia or music or art, just be passionate about something. I don't know if physically I have a type, but I love genuine eyes and smiles. On the taller side I suppose, and I tend to date slimmer guys, but it's not a preference so much as a trend... something about the slightly contrasting body types seems to flow well where it counts. Also I honestly don't give a crap about your sixpack or how much you go to the gym, because really I just don't. Just be happy with who you are, I try to be, and most of the time it works.
